Does Leviticus 18:22 only apply to Man on Man sex?

Leviticus 18:22
" 'Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.

Why does this verse only mention man lying with man? Am I to assume that if man cant lay with man than woman cant lay with woman?

If so, then why does the next verse say:
Leviticus 18:23
23 " 'Do not have sexual relations with an animal and defile yourself with it.AND A WOMAN must not present herself to an animal to have sexual relations with it; that is a perversion.

Why does Lev18:23 include woman but Lev18:22 not mention them?
