The Volcano Vaporizer (and other similar vaps) inflate a bag with vapor from marijuana. The user can take a hit from the bag at a later time.
Is the inflated bag legally contraband? I can image that people would be arrested for having the bag filled with vapor. But are there laws that would make a conviction stick? Could the person argue that he did not have marijuana in his posession. Does "vapor" constitute possession?
I thought of this because I heard of someone taking an inflated bag with him to the airport to greet a friend flying in. Maybe the friend could be convicted if he took a hit and was "under the influence" in public, but what about the driver?
