I would highly recomend not jailbreaking your ipod! While it may be cool to be able to change your background and various other small features, when you go to download future software from itunes you will not be able to, and everything on your ipod will be erased! Also jailbreaking an ipod will typically make it run slower during everyday use such as surfing the web or playing games.
so lets say i jailbreak my ipod, then restore it so it is all gone, well my ipod still be slow?
