Does it matter what school someone attends for chartered accountancy in Canada?

Hi,

I'm a high school student who wants to pursue a career in chartered accountancy but doesn't know which school to attend. The university of Waterloo has two programs - Biotechnology/chartered accountancy and Mathematics/chartered accountancy - that lead to a masters of accounting degree. This option seems tempting to me because it is a direct path to become a CA and one also gets coop experience. However, I am not sure how renowned Waterloo is for accountancy. I have heard some schools, such as Queens, are well respected in the business world, but these schools don't offer direct paths to becoming a chartered accountant for a high school applicant, as far as I know. So my point is does it matter which school I choose? and, if so, what would be the best school to attend?

Thanks
