Does it feel eerie to you?????????

when you see videos of earth from space? It's sort of mesmerizing at the same time. Does anybody else feel this way? My sister thinks I'm strange to feel this way. I know this is not really a philosophy question, just wondering if anybody else feels like this? It almost looks like a magic ball floating in darkness...it's so strange and quiet.

Actually this is a philosophical issue since identity seems to depend on perspective, and seeing the earth from space (or seeing our body from very, very close up for that matter) is a perspective on our self that impacts our sense of identity. yes, some people think the earth seems lonely place.
