I keep telling my roommates it doesn't bc it's an 888 number, which according to the FCC is toll free. And they say long distance will charge.. But if my phone is not roaming, and I get free minutes after 9pm, would i still be charged?

i'm voting for jason + kaitlyn. =]
 
if you are getting free minutes after 9pm no you will not be charged
