So I dropped my phone in the pond and it's completely messed up. My friend is going to let me use his phone. I know you can either switch phones on the internet or on the phone, are they both free or do they cost money? Also this person uses the internet on his phone (he has an env touch) but I'm not supposed to use it. If I don't use the internet at all, will it cost me still?
