Does it cost someone money if I steal their Apple TV wifi?

Hey! My roommate has Apple TV and I guessed her password and can get on the wifi on my laptop. Does it cost her money if I get on the internet a lot using her wifi? Or is it just floating around and I can take it if I want? I'm just wondering, cause if it costs money the more you use like a cellphone plan then it would be pretty bad to use it... She's not here right now, it's not like I'm slowing things down for her or anything. Help? Thanks!
 
Yes it's costing her. The more internet time you steal from her the more it will cost her. Get your own you cheapskate before she finds out what you have done and calls the police.
