Does it cost money to send pictures from my email to my phone? (verizon)?

If so.. how much? i have unlimited txt pic msgs voice msgs and video msgs. and my phone is a verizon phone.
i can't look at my plan because i dont know how to. my mom probably does but i cant ask her at the moment.
