Does it cost anything to Disconnect my Rogers Internet/Phone Connection?

I want to move but I have internet hooked up in here in my name. My brother will still be living here so do I need to disconnect and pay a fee? Or can I just put the bills in my brothers name without paying a fee? How would this work?
