Does it annoy anyone else when people in this section use chat speak/text lingo?

I know it's probably silly of me but for some reason it really drives me crazy when people use text lingo/ chat speak on here. It doesn't take that long to type out the entire word, so there's no need to massacre it. I was just wondering if anybody else felt this way?
Heather S.- I'm 18 and it takes me ten minutes to decipher it. I feel like I need a decoder ring just to figure out what half these questions are asking.

Yes. That's why most people under the age of 20 can't seem to spell anymore! I don't understand half of what they type, anyway.

This drives me crazy and half the time I don't bother with their question. for gosh sakes, people! You've got a full keyboard..use it! And the worse is when those who say "I wanna b a riter" Believe me, those will never succeed as a writer putting stuff like that out! Quite typing in code!

I'm with you. I'm 19 and it bugs the crap out of me. I barely even use it when I really am texting or iming. It just irritates me too much.
