No. The males that work there are the bar tenders and other employees. The females with big breasts are the waitresses. If they ONLY hired females, then males could say they are being discriminated because they're males, but since they hire both sexes, they are not considered to be discriminating. A woman who applies for a waitress job with small breasts could file discrimination charges, but the restaurant would have a million and one reasons why they felt she was not qualified and they'd say it had nothing to do with her breast size and get they'd away with it. Why a woman would even want to work there is beyond my understanding. They are chauvinist sexist pigs if anything.
