I have known this guy for 2 and a half months coz of work. now that he resigned due to some problems with our boss, we became closer than ever. he told me once that he miss me and that once he found a good job, then he will ask me out. we also talk about his love life but not really about mine. btw, we mostly talk thru chat. we are not the same nationality so there is a bit of language problem. then one time, he got really frustrated about our conversation because it looks like i wasnt paying attention but actually, the way he typed the words are really confusing. i felt he really took that seriously. after that we never chat again for three days and i miss him so bad. i saw him online today but he is not responding to my chat 
i like him definitely but i dont know if he feels the same? what can i do to make him confess - if he also feels the same way?
btw. we went out already. and nothing really happened. just hang out and eat lol. so how can i make this shy guy move?
