Does Harvard take environmental circumstances into consideration?

I grew up and lived in rural China for the first 6 years of my life raised by my grandparents and relatives in the countryside. After moving to the U.S., I did not know a single word of English. Through the help of my teachers and peers, I became proficient at speaking and writing in 2-3 years.

My family has been moving all over the U.S. ever since. Indiana for 4 years, Minnesota for 2 years, North Carolina for 2 years, and now South Dakota presently.

I'm a senior in high school. I've taken 9 AP classes, 2 Sophomore year, 3 Junior year, and 4 Senior year. On my prior 5 exams, I've scored three 5's, AP US History, AP US Government, AP Cal, one 4, AP Biology, and one 3 AP Microeconomics. I only intend to send the 3 5's to the college.

I'm a National Merit Semifinalist, still awaiting the announcement of whether or not I made it as a Finalist, and am in National Honors Society. I was in Band and Chorus for 1 year each and played JV tennis. I also also a member in Multicultural Club. I have won a state piano competition with a max score and have placed second in a State Physics Bowl as well as a College mathematics competition.

SAT Scores:
Reasoning Test: CR: 690
Math: 800
Writing: 780
Total: 2270

Subject Test: Math Level 2: 800
Biology E: 800
U.S. History: 730

I know that my brief synopsis of my current achievements and backgrounds is not extraordinary, but do you think that given my unlikely start and environmental circumstances, Harvard might take that into consideration?

Any insight is greatly greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
I was not a straight A student. I had some B+'s, but overall my GPA is 3.98 with AP's worth 5.0 and all other classes worth 4.0, including Honors.
