Does Haiti still have a Military?

There was alot of air force and army until it ended in 1994, What is haiti's military now? nothing? only UN? Haitian Armed Forces (Forces Armées d'Haïti--FAd'H) include army, navy, air corps, and some police forces. now all we have is just police forces and they are doing a very bad job protecting the country. ......ive also seen haitian people in fatigues but idk if they are really in army by goverment. Do they even have a national security? or anything?
