Yes, it kind of does I'm afraid. I mean obviously it's not too bad as the exercise you did will have raised your metabolism and you would still be burning fat even while you were eating it, but you probably balanced out a good deal of what you worked out.
After a workout your body is looking for energy and nutrition, so you should be giving it something healthy and full of vitamins and minerals, aswell as carb. You shouldn't be giving it macdonalds, that's for sure!
It's ok, you won't have done any harm to your diet. Keep going and just try not to do this again
