Does God take your culture / social upbringing into consideration during judgement?

If one has been raised in a different religion or cukture that denounces Christ, or has been told all his life by his peers that God isnt real. Still a nice person, very loving, and humble, but has been raised in a culture that doesnt involve a belief or obedience to God.
Or take the islamic suicide bombers into consideration. ALot of these people were raised to believe that this is what God wants. They've been brain washed since birth to believe the evil that they permit is righteous
 
God is the only one who truly knows what was going on in anyone's mind at the time of death, or anytime they've done something wrong.

God takes everything into account, culture, upbringing, and so on. For instance, people who don't believe in God, but have never heard of him, get more mercy than someone who has been introduced to God and said no.

Things like mental disability, or physical, age, race...everything.
