If the man is good at heart he will go to heaven. you see people who don't know God can still make it. If he was never taught right from wrong then he has no idea and it is not his fault, but every one has the choice of being good or evil no matter how he is raised.

Deep within every human beings God created, there's a God spot, which is the same for all, civilized or not yet civilized.
Every time you visited it, it grew bigger and bigger and you find God there. Whether you see Him or not, depends on how holy you are. Very simple.
And God applies the same judging criteria for all His creations
