turn to pyruvate? It got me confused. For the cells to utilize glucose when the glucose enters the cell should glycolysis be the first step to energy production.Becasue i read in muslce cells mitochondria produces energy aerobically and if not eneough oxygen is available, only than by glycolysis. But how come if pyruvate should be produced first to be able to enter citric acid cycle, glycolysis doesnt precede aerobic resp.?
