Does general bikers dislike Ducatist?

Well, before got my DUC, i was on gixxer600. I pretty much ride 2 routes to my office and I pretty much would see almost the same few riders in the morning and eve at least once a week. I always wave at them and they would wave back (except the cruiser rider).

For these past 3 weeks on the DUC, I took my normal route to office and home. I happened to run into several bikers that I normally see during these time. I did my normal thing...I waved at them..BUT no one wave back...their head just straight up forward and didn't even care to look back and wave. It happens every single day!

I mean...does people tend not to like Ducati Rider?
 
Have never come across a dislike of Ducati. Doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Just that after almost ten years of owning numerous Ducs, and pouring the miles onto them, never an attitude.

BTW, I give a brief wave/acknowledgement most of the time to others I pass, but I rarely look to see if it was returned. It isn't my issue if they choose not to, or don't see me.
 
Nope, its just you.

People usually line the road with branches of palm leaves when I ride to work... think thats pretty much the same for the rest of the Ducati owners on this forum.
 
There is some hate here in Hawaii from the Jap bikers...but who cares? We ride pure sex and they wish they could afford it.
