Does funding abortions in third world countries include sex selective abortions?

In many 3rd world countries, women are just pieces of crap. Girl fetuses get aborted for this reason.

I would hate to see the number of feminists reduced in these countries if we funded this practice.

How can we make sure that when our government funds abortions that they don't fund sex selective abortions?

I am pro choice by the way :)
