A culture such as Spain's, Portugal's or even Italy's? Because all their languages share a common root: Latin.

French is a Romance language, meaning that like Spanish, Italian, Romanian and Catalan, it evolved directly from Latin. Modern day France used to be part of the Roman (Latin speaking) empire.

Yes, kind of. France does have a similar culture, except they're a bit nicer. A lot of Spaniards (from personal experience) have a tendency to look down on everyone who isn't Spaniard. But yes, France does have a similar culture.

Yea i guess you could say that. Im taking Latin (language) and EVERY SINGLE language (except the character language ex: chinese) all came from the Latin language
