I received about 11,000 for financial aid for both fall and spring semester, I am going to attend a CSU and i will not be living there. Will that be enough to pay for my tuition, books, classes .. etc. for my whole freshman year???
Depends on the cost of tuition, fees, room and board, books, supplies, etc. I assume that 11,000 will cover a nice chunk of your expenses, but I can't imagine being able to stretch that for a whole academic year.
