I read this somewhere, I'm just asking this for confirmation.
I suffer from social anxiety and I have a college interview tomorrow which I was really, really nervous about. I did a lot of exercise today for the first time in ages and I feel a lot better already, even after just one day. I'm still anxious about tomorrow, but I feel a lot more relaxed about it than I thought I was going to be.
So, does it help with anxiety? The endorphins it releases or something?
This will be really, really good for me if it continues to help.
