Does Edward Cullen(or any of the cullens) ever go to the toilet or get sick?

They always drink heaps of blood and stuff so do they ever go to the toilet? And cause bella is at the cullens house all the time wouldn't it be awkward when she used the toilet cause all the vampire's with super hearing would hear her and they wouldn't talk or anything because they don't! DO they ever get sick???????????
