This question is based on the opinion of other people, I'm asking for your "honest" opinion, not a "politcally correct" statement. I generally try not to criticize anyones parenting choices, as I do not have children, and therefore have never been put in the unique position of making choices based on that. Anyway....
When you see a young mother who has graduated highschool and is making the "choice" to be a stay at home mom, as compared to say, a college graduate in their mid 30s deciding to be a stay at home mom, do you feel differently? Is it more self sacrificing if someone is leaving a "career" as opposed to a "job" to raise a child? If someone is not formally educated and decides to stay home with a child, is that different from someone with a masters degree that decides to do so? what is your intial reaction when you see these situations?
