I recently started going vegetarian after a long while of eating meat (I'm an off and on vegetarian), and so far its been one month, I've been going to the gym like I normally do and generally eating well but have not lost any weight.
Do I need meat to boost my metabolism? I noticed when I did eat meat it was a little bit easier...I do have proteins, such as beans, but they're harder to find.
