I think it would have to depend on what kind of fish you are eating and which way it is being served to you. I'm sure you've heard a dozen times that salmon has omega-3s which are very good for you. It will help you with your general health and therefore you will be mentally stronger, thus helping you with your will power. At least that is how I interpret that. I heard that you should have a serving of salmon at least once a week.
I would also suggest fresh ahi — not tuna from a can. However, if you must have prepared tuna, the packaged choices are better. Less salt and excess ingredients you don't need in your body. Good luck.
