Does drinking water before a urine test change the result as far as a uti?

ive noticed that when i drink
water before the test it usually comes back ok but when
i dont most time it comes back saying infection is there
any relation?

. An urinary track infection won't just go away because of drinking water. The only thing water does is help flush your system, which helps prevent them, but once any infection takes hold usually antibiotics are taken to destroy all infection in the bladder.
