Does dough or bread work for carp in Berlin,Germany when fishing for them?

It seems like the carp in Germany are slightly different than the ones in the USA.

they have a lot of mirror carp. weird scale patterns. look deformed. but a carp is a carp. most baits used here should also work there. perhaps better if you make any special doughs that just kills 'em here. something different they aren't used to seeing.

Almost anything works for carp. Makes no difference if you are in Germany or the U.S. a carp is a carp.
