...Establishment Clause? U.S. Constitution, Establishment Clause of the First Amendment:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion."
Can that be interpreted as not allowing Creationists to meddle in public science policy? I'm surprised that Americans are allowed to elect politicians like George W. Bush and James Inhofe who blatantly mix ancient dogma with modern decision making.
Here's a typical example of the connection between Creationism and AGW denial:
