Heyyy I have been a lacto-ovo-vegetarian for 6 years and I am wondering if that has any affect on my skin. I read some articles on detoxification and they said to avoid dairy products which is like my main source of protein. I work out a lot so loading up with protein is very important (I drink like 2 liters of milk per day). I have started eating fish but I feel guilty and inhumane about it and taking the next step to chicken is gonna be a major kick in the nuts for me. I guess i will have to try though because milk seems to be bad news.
