does culture has something to do with the prevalence of homosexuals?

i noticed that when women reveal more skin in the way they dressed, the more homosexuals are developed and exposing. I read that behavioral scientist noted throughtout history that when times are hard, the women tend to have their dresses long up to their ankle hiding the legs. But when times are good,the skirts goes shorter which is ironic since when money is abundant, they could buy more lenght for their dresses.They were puzzled and made no conclusion for that findings. So now, I am wondering why when women are becoming more seductive and are " sexually" tempting, and men should have their libido or testosterone level high, why are more homosexuals and lesbians being "developed"?
 
I do think that homosexuality does correlate with culture, but not in the way you are talking about. I think it has a lot to do with the general social acceptance of homosexuals.There will always be homosexuals, but when society in general doesn't accept the life style, homosexuals don't seem to "come out", as much as they do when society is more tolerant.
