D Delicious! New member Jun 13, 2009 #3 Cooking for the most part will compromise the nutritional value of foods, but doing so in a pressure cooker contains the steam instead of releasing it, and in the steam will be some of those nutrients. So the pressure cooker is better in this way. Delicious!
