The reason I ask is I help my dad manage a mobile home community in southern Oklahoma and one of the resident's water usage has roughly quadrupled from 3,000 gallons to 13,000 gallons. Another resident has complained of an ammonia type smell emanating from the residence of the persons suspected. If there's anyone genuinely knowledgeable about the subject, please provide me with this information so I may decide whether or not to report my suspicions to a police agency of relevant jurisdiction.
