Hello! I have a Social Security that is pending and I wanted to know something about Financial Aids and college grants.
Does it effect Social Security that is in pending?
Please note: I have no expectation that I will win Social Security any time soon but I wanted to know if it effect it or not.
I am expecting to get up to $5,500 for federal college grant and a late lump sum of additional $4,000 for state college grant.
Does lump sum of $4,000 really effect Social Security?
If my memory serve me right, the earning from college grants have to be put on Income Tax file correct?
