Does Clean and Clear's Advanced Acne Control Kit work?

hi.
so, i've been having acne for years now and tried many products
like proactiv, murad's acne complex, neutrogena, and so on.
well i was just wondering if clean and clear's advanced acne control kit work?
 
I used the kit for a few weeks; it severely dried out my skin, which I think made me break out more, and if that happened they suggested only washing once a day or once every other day...not something I was willing to do. Anyways, it didn't seem to help my acne a bit, so I went back to Dr. Wexler's Anti-Acne regime from Bath and Body Works.

It's the only thing that's worked for me in the past two years, and while I still get minor breakouts now and then, my skin is clear, for the most part.
 
This kit just made me break out more...I think it's much too harsh. I love the spot treatment for the occasional swollen pimple, but the facewash and the lotion are horrible.
 
well the clean and clear acne cream made my skin very very dry! i think it was to harsh for my skin and it did clear most of it but it sorta burn the scars and its finally getting better but im not using this product anymore cause my face is peeling :( i need help does anybody know a home made recipe for dry skin???
 
I only think that most of the over counter acne clensers, creams etc only work to a small degree depending on the severity of your acne etc. I too have tried many over the counter products with little to no sucess... Nowdays it seems that there are more and more over the counter products available, but most contain salycylic acid in them and personally I can't use them as this causes me to break out more... I still think IMOHO that products containing benzoyl peroxide work the best, or Sulfur based products like sulfur soaps etc. I talked to my derm about this and he told me that ones skin does or can not become immune to benzoyl peroxide contrary to what some may think.. He said it's been effective and has been around for yrs and will continue to be.. Only applying it lightly with a good moisturizer has been more sucessful then anything else over the counter, but even that doesnt keep my totally clear.. I have a sulfur wash which he prescribed for me that works wonders. Not overly drying with a good moisturizer. I also use some other topicals from him that work better then anything over the counter, but as you know, everyones skin reacts differently to different things..... GOOD LUCK
 
Make an oatmeal and honey mask...mix those two ingredients together with a bit of warm water and leave it on for about 20 minutes.
 
yes the clean and clear control kit works i use it in ive been using it for 5 days and my face is clearing up, just use it as often as possible, it works :) it is a mild formula that doesnt burn, or irratate ur skin (= buy it IT REALLY WORKS, im 15 and i had horrible break outs which sucks .. now they are dissapearing :D

I have just started the clean&clear advantage on Saturday. Today is monday and I notice a considerable difference. I had 4 red swollen zits around my mouth and now they are flat and dried out and almost gone. I always have flare ups around my mouth area. I can go a few days with out getting any but eventually they keep popping up. So I decided to try something to get rid of them and keep them from re-occuring. SO far so good. We'll see. I'll keep ya posted.
 
I've been using it for quit some time now (at least a month) and this really works! Proactiv doesn't even come close to how well clean and clear has worked for me! I love it!
 
mhm i just bought the clean and clear acne treatment kit and the instruction at the back arent that clear for me i mean idk if i have to use the three cream everyday one after another or what im scare my skin starts peeling or something.
