Looking at a Chrysler 300C SRT-8, all i keep hearing about it is how great the 6.1L Hemi performance is & its a fun safe car

No.
Anyone who follows the car industry closely can tell you that without even thinking. Their product is at an all time low and they seldom have a vehicle make the top ten list of anything it seems.

Also, and large V8 will be fun to drive regardless who makes it.
I would not buy their product, not today and not tomorrow.

I've owned a 1991 Dodge Shadow, bought it new, drove it over 170,000 miles. A 1998 Dodge Avenger, also new, had 138,000 miles on it when my wife totaled it. We currently have a 2000 Stratus, bought used, with 150,000 on it now. All three have been excellent cars. My son just bought a 2007 Caliber a month ago, too early to tell how it's going to hold up.

take any new chrysler with zero miles on it and it is about reliable as any american car in the early 90's.

don't buy that fast piece of shit.

Chrysler has a few good cars, but most are terrible.

Most cars made by Chrysler are junk. Jeep Liberty, Chrysler Sebring, Dodge Caliber (just to name a few) are some of the worst vehicles in their category. You could easily find something better and more reliable from a different car manufacturer.

The Chrysler 300C is an okay vehicle, but it's not great. It's just an okay car with a big V8 engine. You could find something faster, more fuel efficient and, much, much more reliable for less money.

The newer chrysler cars are probably ok. I have a older sebring and its terrible..
