For the woman yes. A man could have more than 1 wife in the Old Testament and it was never forbid it in the New Testament (although it was frowned upon). Having said this, notice that it said WIVES. Sex outside marriage or same sex was forbidden throughout the Bible.

Yes.

Sex is meant to be performed ONLY within the context of marriage, between ONE man and ONE woman, and is always meant to be enjoyed with the intent of remaining open to the creation of new life.

I believe the Bible teaches that a Christian is to only have one wife. All following references indicate wife as singular not plural.
1 Tim 3:2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;

1 Tim 3:12 Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.

Titus 1:6 If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.

1 Pet 3:7 Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.

Eph 5:28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.

Eph 5:31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
(KJV)
