Does chiropractic work for in-turned hip joint?

My hip joints are in-turned and that makes my legs and ankles bent. So my knees aren't touching each others and not facing forward.

Like this picture, not like the Genu Varum.

It is common for Korean and Japanese because they have sedentary lifestyle (sit crossed-legged on the floor) and that causes hip joints to rotate inward and low back pain. They called "O" shaped legs problem. I was wondering if the chiropractor can fix it.
