I have a friend who is leaving America and going to Japan. We want to stay in touch and we usually use skype in America, but she told me that it cost money in Japan. Now we are only using the web cam/ voice/ text section, and not the phone section. Is it true that it cost money? If it does, is there a program I can use that doesn't?
Does chatting on skype cost anything in Japan?
