Does chat room love ever really last?

I met a guy from the UK who's 16 in a chat room we both go to a lot. He actually spends most of his day there...lol. Anyway we have been together for 2 months now (I am from the US) but we LOVE each other so much! We want to be together forever. We have both dated from the chat room before but have never felt like this. Do you think we can last? He has some anxiety and depression issues but we just connect so well together. What do you think? I am 15. Thanks
 
I don't think you should date anyone on a chat room, even if its habbo or a safe site. Its called e-dating and it's the most dangerous thing to do. He might be lying that his 16 because he wants to see you on webcam on MSN or something. They don't normally last, please for your own safety, stop seeing him :)

He spends most of his time in a chatroom? Honey, he's not from the UK and he's definitely not 16. I can guarantee you're talking to a 49-year-old who lives in his mom's basement in South Carolina.
 
UK? Spends most of his time there? You should never talk to people on chat rooms that you don't know. Becuz on chat they are one person but in real life they are usually a totally different person. Stop talking to him...
 
i agree with the other answers. It can be very dangerous for you. He is probably lying about himself. He might not even be a guy for all you know!! These chat rooms are really dangerous, and that's how a lot of rape and murders cases are. (worst case senario) But don't take your chances with some random guy you met over the internet. Plus, I mean, a lot of teenagers fall head-over-heels for guys, but give it couple years- you'll probably get over him, and move on. Basically: No, don't take the chance. It's dangerous, and you'll just end up heartbroken. Don't take this the wrong way, I don't mean to come off rude, but that would probably be the best choice for you. The last thing you want would be some kinda of stalker- or worse.
