Does Canada have the same tv channels as US?

I just got done watching bowling for columbine and now I really want to move to Canada. Like what are some driffent things between the states and Canada.
 
Their money it costs less than the American dollar so if you bring American money over there you will get more things. Almost all of their tv programs are different. Also they speak French and English over there. Some of their laws are the same as here, but not all of them.
 
It depends on what part of Canada you move to... In some parts of Canada there will be more French channels than in others. I went on a trip to New Brunswick, Canada around January/February and the hotel TV had some of the same shows but on different Television Networks... The news channels were mostly in French and my Mother's programs weren't on... There is also much higher snowfall... Behind my grandmother's apartment, the snow was 1/4 to 1/3 up the side of the house...
