Does C45 have a test point

Would like to know if siemens c45 has got a testpoint and if yes how do you cut it.am trying to flash the phone but am being told about boot....

if we assume it a hardware problem, how can you go about it so that it can boot.

Change BootType to noemal and all will work fine
