Boost Mobile seems to have a technical issue where their internet access to the account gets locked for no good reason. You have to call customer support to get it unlocked.
My question is, when you do that, do they send you a text or email or something.
The reason I ask is that I, unfortunately, have to do a little checking on my wife. And I don't want her to know I'm looking there.
