quality and storage capacity? Hello. I have been ripping all of my albums onto my computer using Windows Media Player, and sync them onto my Sony Walkman 4GB Video MP3 player in the standard (default) bit rate of 64 Kbps. I recently just discovered this bit rate size as before I haven't really paid attention as music is my life and affects me overall as a person dramatically. Also I noticed the format is selected or set as Windows Media Audio Pro, which I assume either this format is overall better than regular Windows Media Audio? or there's no difference, Im not sure. My question is can a person select the bit rate size for say their own personal preference for when they rip their albums onto Windows Media Player in the format of WMA Pro? And, does the higher bit rate in Kbps result in better sound quality? Also, upon selecting a higher bit rate for better sound quality, if that's possible, will it affect storage capacity ability?
P.S. When I scroll down on the 'Rip' Menu on Windows Media Player to view all bit rate options, I notice that 192 Kbps is stated as (Best Quality). How does the sound quality of 64 Kbps compare to higher bit rate 192 Kbps (best quality) overall? My computer runs on Windows Vista Home Premium.
