Does biking help endurance? ?

I am getting ready for summer soccer and I am wondering if ridding my bike would help me with my endurance throughout the game. Also, what would be a good training routine. I play two 35 minute halves if that helps.
 
It does, but is not the hard work but the long work that matters. The bulky muscles build with high intensity like those of sprinters will not help with endurance and soccer. Ride for 1 hour at a time spinning at 70-90 rpm.
 
yes, it helps get you stronger, you should go on a ride to the point where you are pretty tired and everyday go further and furtehr
