i do tkd which requires a lot a flexibility like doing the splits
every summer i would go everywhere i need to go on my bike. and at the end of each summer my splits angle decreases by 20-30 degrees because my pelvis would grow over my hip joint limiting how far i go on the splits, but in the winter i get droven instead and my splits get much better
two 4th dans in my class are strong and fast, but they have terrible splits (barely passing right angle) and both of them used to do competetive long distance cycling
is this coincidence or is my question true
