I'm not trying to sound rude, but I find that kid's that kids who are taught religion in school are brainwashed to a certain extent. For example: In many Catholic school's creationism is ONLY taught while evolution isn't. I'd be fine with this if it was both, but isn't only giving one view kind of telling kids that this is what you have to believe and that's it, wouldn't you want your child to make there own choices? Gimme you thoughts.
I mean in School's of course, not church and such.
To Logic: Do you think your being smart by saying that comment? Clearly this is for issues where clearly there are two split-belief systems. The only people that would believe in that are people who would believe that are toddlers.
To the rest, I'm quite aware the other way is also brain-washing to an extent that's why I think both should be taught. As well when my Biology teacher taught us evolution in school, he told us that you are allowed to believe whatever, but you should be aware that your theory is not the only one. I completely agreed with him, whether you are religious or not you should be OPEN to anyone's idea's not just someones, how else would we start to expand are theories and ideas of life.
