so yeah... after moving to texas and after fighting a medical firm over falsified records and such, I got to work for the oil company... yay me... i've been working for a month now and finally got paid. but low and behold, once again something is wrong.. I got my regular pay... for one half pay period and one whole period for a total of 2,094 some odd bux.. but I was supposed to get 3,200 advance pay for moving and relocation to get setup here in my new town... the manager I turned the forms into to get this pay never submitted the forms to the people to get the money.. now im out 3,200 bux and short for the money I need for my closing costs on my house...

damnit I'm about to fuck someone up.. everytime one thing goes right.. 20 things go wrong....

this manager is a sonofabitch !!!

thats not fair man !! i mean you did all the stuff and he doesn't pai for relocating ? sucker .... go on an fight him till he whines and bash him!!

I got royally screwed this past summer in a similar shit job. I worked at the airport relocating some shit from one hanger to another getting paid $10/hr. Lo and behold, some retard gets his foot caught between the Ryder truck and the lift and slices open his toe. He got cut deep, but it didn't damage anything really important. So, they took him to get stitches and the works. Turns out that he claims to need $10,000 to pay for plastic surgery on his fucking toe. He isn't gonna be a flip-flop model, so I thought this was sorta bunk. The job gave us 3 work weeks to complete. We were down a man but still got the job done in 10 days. We were hoping to get a massive bonus of around $600 or so. Instead, because of Faggus McFag, we only got about $25. Now, don't get me wrong, a bonus is a bonus, and I realize that. But comparing $25 with $600?!?

I was pissed.

Murphy's Law man anything that can go wrong will go wrong. Living by this law you can always be prepared. Sorry about the house, too bad you manager can't see you needed that money to live. Good luck, what do you do for that oil company?

man that sucks ass,but if it's in the contract, you definitely should have a talk with a lawyer

that usually solves your problems.

but im sure the money would get to you eventually. express your concern to your manager and see what happens, if he's asshole-ish, sue his ass,

well I aint lost the house yet... the bank is willing to work with me on the closing costs so everything should work out but still pisses me off on all I've gone through to uproot my family 1600 miles away to texas, fought medical people at my own expense and now they fuck up my pay...

as for murphy's law I always expect the worst.. thats why I haven't killed myself or anything... because what does happen isn't ever as bad as what I expect...
